THERAPY FOR EXECUTIVES & BUSINESS LEADERS
Understand the pattern. Expand your choices. Lead with intention.
Perhaps you overthink decisions you are fully qualified to make. You struggle to switch off even when the workday is over. Conflict with a colleague or business partner occupies far more mental space than you would like. Success has increased the expectations you place on yourself rather than creating the sense of confidence or freedom you expected.
Or perhaps the strategies that helped you become successful - high standards, independence, persistence, control, self-reliance, or an ability to push through discomfort - are beginning to have unintended consequences.
Therapy offers a confidential space to understand these patterns, consider what is driving them, and develop more intentional ways of responding - at work, in relationships, and beyond your professional role.

Maybe you're asking:
Why am I successful but still constantly questioning whether I'm doing enough?
Why is it so difficult for me to switch off from work?
Why do I feel responsible for fixing everything myself?
Why does criticism or negative feedback affect me so much, even when I know I'm competent?
How do I make difficult decisions without endlessly second-guessing myself?
How do I manage conflict with a colleague, employee, co-founder, or business partner?
Why is delegating so difficult when I know I can't continue doing everything myself?
How do I set boundaries without feeling as though I'm letting people down?
What happens when the career or business I've worked so hard to build no longer feels like enough?
we'll work towards:
UNDERSTANDING THE PATTERN
Looking beyond what is happening to understand why - exploring the beliefs, emotions, experiences, expectations, and relationship patterns that continue to influence how you respond today.
practicing differently
Building practical skills for communication, boundaries, decision-making, emotional regulation, conflict, uncertainty, relationships, and difficult conversations.
expanding your options
Recognizing automatic responses such as over-functioning, avoidance, perfectionism, people-pleasing, control, withdrawal, overthinking, or pushing through - and developing alternatives.
LEADING WITH GREATER INTENTION
Developing the ability to notice your options and make conscious choices rather than automatically reacting from habit, pressure, fear, or past experience.
HOW I WORK WITH EXECUTIVES & BUSINESS LEADERS
My approach is active, curious, and collaborative.
I'll listen carefully, ask questions, share observations, provide education and practical tools, and respectfully challenge you when doing so may help us identify something that is preventing the change you're seeking.
Our work may involve understanding how earlier experiences continue to influence current responses, examining patterns in relationships or leadership, developing practical strategies for present-day challenges, or considering difficult choices from a clearer and more intentional position.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Choice/Reality Therapy, attachment theory, and practical communication and emotion-regulation strategies.
The specific approach matters less than using it purposefully. Therapy is tailored to the person, the problem, and what we're trying to accomplish.
